| A DoD project initially funded by OSD to provide cost justification and business case analysis for the consolidation of telecommunications circuits and deployment of survivable IT services for over 120 buildings in the National Capital Region occupied by OSD, ARMY and the Air Force. The 30M+ project became a reality and the result was a complete transport, (Optical, MPLS, L3VPN) Security and Access Design for each DoD component service. |
