Consistency across teams
Give people and agents a shared, versioned source of architecture principles and operating standards. Every project can build on the same organizational knowledge.
Praxis by Silas
Praxis turns organizational expertise into the working environment for agentic engineering. Architects define how work should be done. Praxis carries those standards into projects, agent roles, reviews, and decision evidence.

Why Praxis
Give people and agents a shared, versioned source of architecture principles and operating standards. Every project can build on the same organizational knowledge.
Guidance has an owner. Proposed changes receive review. Git history preserves how standards evolved and who shaped them.
Turn approved lessons into reusable guidance and project foundations. Changes move through review before becoming the next team's starting point.
01 / The canon
Architecture standards, security guidance, conventions, agent personas, and process templates form a versioned library. Architects shape the guidance; engineering teams apply it within their projects.
Framework source material can be brought into the workspace for review. Importing a framework and approving it as organizational guidance are distinct decisions.
The canon lives in versioned source files. Architects propose changes through pull requests, preserving review and provenance. Validation checks document structure before guidance is compiled or delivered into projects.
From canon to project
Transform structured library documents into agent definitions, conventions, rules, and workflow instructions. Generated artifacts trace back to the standards that produced them.
Library → validation → compiled instructions
Assemble approved library documents, selected framework agents and skills, team configuration, and a project template. A publication manifest records what was included; delivery can be proposed as a pull request.
Approved guidance → project scaffold → manifest
02 / Governed work
Agent roles and requirements frame the work. The producer develops an artifact against the applicable engineering standards.
Review is a distinct responsibility. A critic identifies where an artifact satisfies the canon and where specific revision is needed.
Process templates bound the revision cycle and direct unresolved issues to human review. Engineering judgment remains accountable.
03 / Connected evidence
Requirements, project signals, decisions, and traceability make it possible to follow why work happened and how it was reviewed. The workspace brings those relationships into view alongside frameworks and agent teams.
Within Silas, Praxis supplies the engineering governance perspective. Gandalf supplies knowledge and operational memory; Hive coordinates work. Together, these concerns connect expertise, execution, and accountability.
